Regardless of where you are in Indiana (or even states bordering Indiana), you're only going to have senior pictures made once. They will be fun to have now to give to your family & friends but, as time passes and the years unwind, they will become priceless memories.

We understand the importance of making sure your pictures turn-out perfectly! As Indiana's largest model photography studio, we have built a reputation throughout the Midwest as a leading source of portfolio prints. The senior pictures we create reflect our determination to never create a cookie-cutter product. Your senior pictures, when compared to those of other graduates, will tell anyone who's looking that you put forth the effort to do it right.

Pricing for senior pictures in Indiana varies greatly. There are plenty of amateur or hobby photographers offering to create senior pictures for as little as $150. With these sources, we always suggest that you consider the popular saying "You get what you pay for." Some of the commercial studios, and those that mostly do wedding photography but offer senior pictures on the side, may charge $1200 or more. The photographic quality of the final product will probably be very good from these studios but the style and posing often reflects an expertise in wedding or commercial photography and not in imagery for portraits or people.

Although it's possible for us to create a package for as little as $200, the typical price for senior boys in our studio is between $250 to $450 and between $300 to $650 for girls. Your actual cost will depend on your individual preferences and choice of products. Our volume of work is the main reason we're able to offer such an exceptional value to graduating seniors (we create more model portfolio packages and composite cards than all other Indiana studios combined.) We believe there's no one in Indiana who can match the quality of our photography for seniors!

We've noticed that there is a purposeful attempt on the websites of other sources of senior pictures to hide the true total cost. One common example is listing a low price for a "session" but never telling you that the price doesn't include the cost of prints. Another common omission is that each "look" in their sessions will contain only about 12-16 pictures from which you can choose. That's it. Our pricing structure, and what it includes, is very easy to follow. There's no extras or hidden fees - you can closely approximate your total cost by following the guidelines below. Studio (Sitting) Fees

Studio (Sitting) Fees

You are allowed four (4) wardrobes or "looks" in our standard session. One look is sometimes used for your "formal" portrait. Unlike most studios, our studio fee is not based on time. We work with you as long as necessary to get it right! The fee below covers shooting about 45-60 images for each of your looks (it does NOT cover the cost of prints or other products - see below.) Our input for posing instructions, studio props, stock wardrobe, etc. is included at no additional cost! The Studio Fee is the same whether the shoot is done in the studio, on location, or a combination:

Standard Session - $125 for up to 4 looks.
Boys Only Session - $80 for up to 2 looks (Studio only.)
Adding Someone to a Look - $50 for each look that has someone other than you being photographed.
Locations Outside of Central Indiana - Add $200 (If available. Indiana locations only.)
Specialized Props - At cost. You must request these a minimum of 4 weeks before your session!

Hair & Makeup Fees

These charges assume you are hiring a hair and makeup artist from our studio to work with you during your photo shoot. If you are doing your own hair/makeup, or you are arriving with it already done, these charges do not apply. If you decide to hire one of our contracted professionals to work with you, be sure to let us know when you schedule your session and also be sure to arrive ON TIME for your appointment:

Standard Hair & Makeup - $150 for the day. The hair/MUA works with you for all looks.
Formal Prep Only- $75 for doing your hair and makeup for your formal portrait only (if applicable.)
Advanced Hair or Makeup - Add $30 for each desired look. This is only for those wanting something extraordinary and may add up to 30 minutes for each look to your photo session. Call for details.
Locations Outside of our Normal Service Area - Add $100 (If available. Indiana locations only.)
Specialized Props - At cost. You must request these a minimum of 4 weeks before your session!

Note: If you are planning to bring someone with you to do your hair and/or makeup, be sure they are prepared to work on location! Working conditions for hair and makeup professionals at a photography shoot are much different than the environment in which most hair stylists and cosmetologists normally work. At most of our locations, they'll have access to electricity and running water while they work (and, of course, if we're shooting in the studio.)

Packages You're not limited to these packages! You can order prints ala-carte from the list below or tell us what mix of print sizes you would like and we can quote a package price! The package costs do not include the session fee described above. Unlike most senior picture studios, we do not charge extra for basic touchups of your pictures! As the Midwest's leading model photgraphy studio, our world demands that each picture is optimized. We have the expertise and tools for doing professional editing that other studios can't do and we offer it to seniors as part of the pricing below:

Winter Special - One (1) 8x10, your choice of four (4) 5x7 or four (4) 4x6 (or two (2) of each), and twenty-seven (27) wallets (your choice of images in multiples of 9.) This package is available for all sessions scheduled before March 15, 2010. Studio (indoor) only. The price for this package is: $50 (color or B&W.)

Standard Package - One (1) 11x14 and three (3) 8x10 of any image (you can always substitute two 8x10s for any 11x14), six (6) 5x7 or nine (9) 4x6, forty-five (45) wallets (your choice of images in multiples of 9), and all images on a low-res, unedited CD. The price for this package is: $225 (color or B&W.)

For My Friends - Three (3) 8x10 of any image, sixty-three(63) wallets (in image multiples of 9), and all images on a low-res, unedited CD. The price for this package is: $192 (color or B&W.)

Family First - Two (2) 11x14 of any image, four (4) 8x10 (your choice of images), eighteen (18) wallets (in image multiples of 9), and all images on a low-res CD. The price for this package is: $200 (color or B&W.)

Add It Up #1 - This is our most popular offering! In this package, an 11x14 print (of your choice) is 6 points, an 8x10 (of your choice) is 4 points, two (2) 5x7's are 3 points, three (3) 4x6's are 2 points, and Nine (9) wallets are 2 points (the same image for all 9 wallet prints.) Create any mix you want with a point total of 48 or less! The price for this package is: $208 (color or B&W.) Add all images on a low-res, unedited CD for $50.

Add It Up #2 - In this package, an 11x14 print (of your choice) is 6 points, an 8x10 (of your choice) is 4 points, two (2) 5x7's are 3 points, three (3) 4x6's are 2 points, and Nine (9) wallets are 2 points (the same image for all 9 wallet prints.) Create any mix you want with a point total of 96 or less! The price for this package is: $400 (color or B&W.) Add all images on a low-res, unedited CD for $50.

I'm Not Made of Money - Two (2) 8x10 (your choice of images), Nine (9) 4x6, and forty-five (45) wallet (in image multiples of 9). The price for this package is: $140 (color or B&W.)

> You may remove the CD from any package that contains it and subtract $50 from the price.

> Ala Carte - Add any individually priced item to a package and deduct 20% of its cost.

> Referrals - Bring a friend with you. If you both buy a package, you'll each get 10% off!

Ala-Carte (Individual) Prints - Prints can be ordered in many sizes and finishes. They can also have several special-effects applied that will alter the look. Be sure to ask about these when you come to the studio for your photo shoot! Prints will be borderless unless you request borders. The following pricing is for our standard print sizes:

11x14 Black & White - $26 each ($23 each if you buy 10 or more.)
11x14 Color - $28.50 each ($26 each if you buy 10 or more.)
8x10 Black & White - $18 each ($16 each if you buy 10 or more.)
8x10 Color - $20 each ($18 each if you buy 10 or more.)
5x7 Black & White - $14 for two.
5x7 Color - $18 for two.
4x6 Black & White - $10 for three.
4x6 Color - $12 for three.
Wallet Black & White - $12 for nine (same image.)
Wallet Color - $14 for nine (same image.)

Studio Signature Print - Our studio is known for our 12x18 prints. No one else in Indiana creates them. We offer them unframed at $41 each or in a gallery-quality aluminum frame for $77. For a home entry

> Text - Want to add text to all or part of your prints? We can do that! Your name (Cyndi Johnson), your school name (Whiteland High School Class of '06), or anything else you can think of! Maximum number of characters (including spaces) = 35. It doesn't cost anything extra!

> Packaging - All prices above are for prints only and do not include frames, display options, etc. Be sure to ask for more information when you schedule your photo session!

Images on CD

These days, it's possible to print images of a fairly good quality at home. To meet the growing demand for cash-n-carry images (no prints), we have introduced the option of receiving all of your images on a CD! If you choose this option, please note that we do not do any of our normal image editing - you get exactly what came out of the camera*. We will release the rights to you for NON COMMERCIAL USE (which basically means you can use/print them but you cannot sell either the images or prints from them.) The cost for receiving all of your images on a CD is:

Low Resolution - Images can be displayed with no loss of quality on a PC or on the Internet but will blur if printed. The price for a low-res CD is $149.
Medium Resolution - Images can be printed up to 8x10 with no loss of quality. Prints larger than 8x10 will blur. The price for a med-res CD is $350.
High Resolution - These images can be printed up to 24x30 with no loss of quality. You will need software that can process very large .jpeg files. The price for a high-res CD is $550.

Image Enhancement

With the professional editing software that's available today, it is possible to greatly improve nearly any digital image. Our ability to enhance your images, and the tools we use to do so, are unmatched by any studio in Indiana. You can choose to have us enhance images to improve/correct:

Lighting
Color
Contrast
Blemishes/freckles
Dark Eye Circles
Birthmarks
Skin Tone/Texture

We will use our best effort to optimize the items listed above. There is no charge for editing images that are going to be printed!

Low-res CD option: You can specify images on your CD that you would like for us to optimize before burning the CD. The cost is $5 per image or any 10 images for $40.

Medium or high-res CD option: You can specify images on your CD that you would like for us to optimize before burning the CD. The cost is $8 per image or any 10 images for $75.

Deposits

Studio (Sitting) Fee - $150 is due ($90 for the Boys Only option) within 5 days of scheduling your session or no more than 5 days before your session (whichever comes first.) This deposit is non-refundable! This is the Studio Fee described above. You may change the date of your session IF you contact us more than 24 hours before the session is scheduled to begin. Your session must occur within 90 days of the date for which it was originally scheduled.
Hair/Makeup Deposit - If you have chosen to hire a hair & makeup artist, $150 is due within 5 days of scheduling your session or no more than 5 days before your session (whichever comes first.) This deposit is non-refundable! You may change the date of your session IF you contact us more than 24 hours before the session is scheduled to begin. Your session must occur within 90 days of the date for which it was originally scheduled.
Additional Deposits - If you would like for us to travel to your Indiana location (outside of the Greater Indianapolis area) to conduct your photo shoot, you must pay the $200 travel fee at the same time you pay your Studio Fee. The travel fee is fully refundable if we don't travel. If you would like a hair/MUA to travel to your location, the $100 travel fee is also due when you pay your Studio Fee. It's also fully refundable if they don't travel. If you've asked us to create any special sets or props, a Set Fee of $100 is due when you pay your Studio Fee. We will charge or credit the balance when we invoice you for your prints/CD's. The Set Fee is non-refundable.

Payments

After your photo shoot is over, you'll receive an order form on which you can record what you want to have us create for you! When you've completed the order form, either mail it, fax it, or bring it to us and we'll go over the contents with you to make sure we understand exactly what you want!

Prints - The total cost for the prints you have ordered must be paid at the time you return your order form. You may order additional prints within 180 days of your original order date at the prices that were in effect when you originally ordered. After 180 days, there is a $25 charge for recovering the images from our archive server and all prints are at their current price.
CDs - The total cost for the CD's you have ordered must be paid at the time you return your order form. You may order an additional CD (at the same or a different resolution) within 180 days of your original order date at the prices that were in effect when you originally ordered. After 180 days, there is a $25 charge for recovering the images from our archive server and all CD's are at their current price.

When making payments to our studio, you may do so in cash, by personal check, or with a major credit card. Please contact us for more information!

Delivery

Print orders are usually ready within 14 days of your paid order (large-volume orders, orders during high-volume periods, and/or orders including poster-size prints, may take a little longer.) CD's are usually ready within 7 days of being paid for.
